While holding the mineral sunscreen spray about 6 inches from your body, spray all over from your neck to your toes. (Do not spray directly onto the face. You can spray onto hands and rub onto the face, but we recommend using one of our face-specific sunscreens. Do not inhale.)
Because mineral SPF sits on top of the skin rather than getting absorbed like a traditional sunscreen, you will need to rub it in.
When exercising, sweating, or swimming, reapply every 80 minutes to maintain SPF 50 protection. You can use this spray on wet skin.
