How to use
Aluminum-Free Deodorant: Apply to clean, dry armpits in the morning and again throughout the day as often as desired. If it's your first time using deodorant without aluminum, here's what to expect when you switch.
Everyday Sunscreen Lotion with SPF 35: Apply liberally to the body 15 minutes before sun exposure. When exercising, sweating or swimming, reapply every 80 minutes to maintain SPF 35 protection.
Epsom Salt Bar Soap: Use as needed a few times a week. Wet soap, massage into wet skin to form a rich lather and massage your muscles. Wash off with water. Avoid face and open cuts.
