Office/Project Manager

We are looking for a mature, hungry to learn, self-motivated, well-organized, and personable Office/Project Manager who will assume a wide range of responsibilities. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate and/or someone who wants to work at a startup and learn every aspect of what it takes to scale a company across everything from business strategy, product development, marketing, product launches, international operations, content creation, growing teams, etc.

You’ll also work closely with everyone from the CEO, Operations, and Marketing teams.

You must be extremely social media savvy on all platforms, content creation, and day-to-day administration work -- and someone who works well in a true startup environment.



We are looking for someone who (is): Reliable, Outgoing, Independent, Organized, Self-Motivated, a Team Player, Has Strong Written/Verbal/Interpersonal Skills Skilled in: All Social Media Platforms, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

This role sits in West Loop, Chicago 



Responsibilities will include the following, but will also be dependent on the candidate’s background, experience and interests:

50% of your time will be doing Office Manager tasks like:

  • Office tasks
  • Executive Assistant tasks like scheduling
  • Company Event Planning
  • Ordering Supplies
  • Shipping Products
  • Organize Speaking events for Founders
  • Helping CEO with Social Feed

 25% of your time will be Product Management

  • Help research ingredients
  • Help with ideation of new products
  • Help pull together data for new products

    25% of your time will Wholesale Fulfillment

    • Ordering products for our wholesale accounts
