FAQ

Most body washes are not intended to be used on your face. The skin on your face is more delicate than that on your body and can be more sensitive to drying or exfoliating ingredients often found in body wash. However, there are some body wash formulas (like ours) that are made to be used on both your face and body as they strike a balance of ingredients that will work well on both types of skin.
The answer will depend on the brand and specific formulas, but in general a face wash will have gentler ingredients because the skin on your face is more delicate than that on your body. However, certain body washes are made to be used on both face and body as their ingredients are mild enough for the face. We would not recommend using just any body wash on your face!
How often you cleanse your skin with body wash or soap will depend on a number of factors - your daily activity, how much you sweat, the amount of oils your skin naturally produces, etc. You may use body wash every day - just be sure the formula is made without ingredients like sulfates and alcohols as they strip your skin of important oils and may irritate or dry out your skin.
